SIPEF is a Belgian plantation group (SIP, Euronext Brussels). It grows palm oil in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, and bananas in Côte d'Ivoire. It reports in US dollars. We show every amount in euros at 1,1172, the ECB rate of 30 October 2026.
On 15 October 2026 SIPEF said it expects a record recurring result for 2026, its profit before one-off items. So we ask one question: what is the business worth if the palm oil price comes back down?
Our number
The StoxEurope estimate is €103,70 per share on 30 October 2026. The share price that day was €110,40. The estimate comes from a discounted cash flow of the whole business, which is what its future cash is worth today.
Downside, €82,52: the palm oil price falls to its 2023 level by 2030. The margin falls to 24,33 %.
Base, €103,70: the price falls to its 2022–2025 average by 2030. The margin falls to 29,11 %.
Upside, €138,13: the price stays at the level SIPEF has contracted for 2026. The margin stays at 34,44 %. SIPEF's young estates in South Sumatra also catch up with its Agro Muko estates on fruit per hectare.
Those are scenarios, not a statistical confidence interval.

What is not in the number
SIPEF completed its purchase of Tiabam, a banana plantation, on 30 September 2026. It prints no price. Our estimate includes none of Tiabam's sales or profit, and it deducts nothing for the price paid.
What moved since August
Our analysis of 13 August 2026 read €95,69. Our estimate is now €103,70. The move is +€8,01 per share. These are the three largest of ten causes:
Discount rate, 10,58 % (a euro rate) to 9,70 % (a dollar rate): about +€9,4. This amount comes from the August model.
Long-term growth, 1,50 % to 2,00 %: about +€4,6.
Dividend and January share purchases: −€4,50.
These three do not add up to the total. The full table with all ten causes is in the article. The two analyses use different models and rules, so the table is our best reading, not an exact split.
What €110,40 would take
Each test changes one input only. None is in the estimate.
Operating margin: 30,85 % in year 5 (2030), against 29,1 % in our base. In the last three years it ran from 24,3 % to 33,3 %.
Sales growth: −0,50 % a year in year 5, against −2,1 % in our base. The recorded range is −15,8 % to 29,3 %.
Discount rate, the yearly rate that brings future cash back to today: 9,14 %, against 9,70 % in our base. It depends on the operating beta, which measures how much the business moves with the market: 0,17 in this test, 0,30 in our base.
More years of growth: these lower the value here. SIPEF's return on capital, 9,22 %, is below our 9,70 % discount rate.
We have not tested combinations of smaller changes. This is not a statement of what investors believe.

The judgement that matters most
The path of the price and the margin from 2027 is the assumption most likely to make our estimate wrong.
If the average price and margin applied from 2026, the model gives €96,86. This is a test, not part of our estimate.
SIPEF's annual results in February 2027 are the next test of the margin.
